Our kitchen with typical products
The farmhouse offers the tasting of typical products and dishes made with great quality, home-style: a place where familiarity and flavor come together to create an atmosphere of well-being, relaxation of the person with the aim of rediscovering the simplicity of living the countryside.
You can yourself be lulled into a taste of traditional but curated cuisine that follows the seasons, so you can enjoy a family atmosphere.
The menu is based on the selection of:
- house appetizers accompanied by homemade bread or crackers;
- a first course or bis of first courses of fresh egg homemade pasta, e.g. baked lasagne, tagliatelle, bigoli, tagliolini and other formats at the customer's request;
- main course: porchetta (pork) cooked in a wood-fired oven, which is our speciality, an encore of meat, various rolls, with side dishes depending on the season;
- vegetarians will enjoy vegetable flans, seitan, cheese tastings and seasonal vegetables;
- This will be followed by traditional desserts and wines typical of the area: Merlot, Cabernet.
Reservations are required in order to be able to satisfy and offer always fresh dishes to guests and agree on the menu of their choice.
