Following the discipline dictated by the EU Regulation 2016/679 "European Regulation on the protection of personal data" (hereinafter "GDPR"), Soc. Agr. La Frattesina S.S as "Controller" of the processing of personal data informs that such processing will be guaranteed in compliance with the principle of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, necessity and minimisation, protecting the confidentiality and rights of the data subjects.

The data collected through the form are not stored on the site and will not be transferred, communicated or disclosed to third parties in any way.

In the event that the user uses the email present on the site to send communications and/or requests, the email address and any data contained therein will be processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to them and will not be transferred, communicated or disclosed to third parties in any way.
How they were collected
The data provided by the user are collected exclusively through a free request or communication received via the contact email on the site or by sending the contact form.
Log files are automatically collected by the server on which the website is hosted.
Where they are stored
The data provided by the user are stored at Soc. Agr. La Frattesina S.S on magnetic or computer media or in paper form. Backup copies may be kept for redundancy and security reasons in other locations or online storage systems (Cloud storage).

The data sent by filling out the contact form are forwarded to the owner and are not stored on the website.
Why they are treated
The data received will be processed for the purpose of:
• respond to any requests and/or communications;
• fulfil pre-contractual, contractual, accounting and tax obligations should the need arise;
• to fulfil the obligations provided for by law, Community regulations or an order from the Authority;
• conclude contracts for the services offered by the Controller (e.g. assistance or consultancy activities);
• exercise the rights of the Controller (e.g. the right to defence in court).
Log files are collected and stored for security purposes (Art. 6(1)(F) GDPR).
How long they are stored
• data collected for Contractual Purposes shall be retained for the entire duration of the contract and for 10 years after the conclusion of the contract, except in cases where retention for a later period is required for litigation, requests by competent authorities or under applicable law;
• data collected for the Purposes of Law are kept for a period equal to the duration prescribed for each type of data by law;
• data collected for Marketing Purposes are retained for a period equal to the duration of the relationship, as well as for 24 months after the conclusion of the relationship;
• Log files are stored on the server hosting the website and periodically deleted by automated procedures.
How they are kept safe
For the management of data and log files, specific and adequate security measures have been adopted, of an organisational and technical-IT nature, prescribed by Articles 24 et seq. of the GDPR, aimed at guaranteeing secure access and protecting the information from the risk of loss or destruction, even accidental.
These measures include, but are not limited to, operating system updates, the adoption of complex passwords and their periodic renewal, the adoption of up-to-date antivirus software, the use of firewalls, specific policies for the safekeeping of backup copies and for restoring the availability of data and systems, and any other software or hardware tools necessary for the purpose.
In adopting these measures, Soc. Agr. La Frattesina S.S may make use of external services independently selected on the basis of high standards of quality and reliability.
Data verification and the right to be forgotten
At any time, the user, as a data subject, may send a request for verification of the personal data provided as well as for the exercise of all the rights provided for by current legislation (with particular reference to the right of access, rectification, cancellation, restriction and blocking of processing) to the e-mail address:
It is also specified that it will not be possible to delete data in cases where the law or a regulation requires it to be kept, and that if, following deletion, problems of a technical or computerised nature related to the integrity of e.g. databases may arise, the data will be anonymised in such a way as to make it effectively unavailable to the Data Controller.
Use of Cookies

The validity of the information is not extended to any other external websites consulted by the user through links present on the site. Browsing on such sites is done by free choice of the user and Soc. Agr.
